Daaance
Spent the whole evening with dance stretch and AH. I feel a lot better now and I had fun with Alexis :)

Stressed
I have so much to do today!! We have so much AH hw due tomorrow and also a big package to finish. On top of that some math (easy tho) and on Friday it's a home game. So I was kinda stressed out to learn the dance and master the splits, but like that wasn't enough we started to learn a new dance due this Friday too!!

So me and Richard (the big black guy who was lifting me) are acting all silly and I dared him to go to school with with freckles, which he totally refused to do...

Today I was tanning for a little more than one hour with Alexis, her mom came out with drinks and sandwiches for us so we felt so spoiled :)
At 2 ish Laura drove me to Jonah's house and spent time with him, Julia and emilie. At 7 we ate dinner at the Mexican restaurant valascos.
We went to the good store after and guess who was in the news paper? Yep I was, because I was in the student sektion during a volley ball home game :) I'll post a pic soon!
Me and everybody in the Clark family except the dad, who was working, were playing really silly in the store! I didn't know you could have that fun shopping groceries.
Baby sitting
In Fresno today we were at Alexis cousins and they had a 3 year old daughter and an one year old son. They were so cute and we had a great time!

I'm heading in to Fresno with Shawna, Alexis and my hostmom Laura. It's cold and cloudy outside today, only 28 degrees so I'm kinda freezing since I didn't take long sleeves nor pants :/
Blue raiders
Just came home from an away game against blue raiders. It was the total opposite of all other games, jv won and varsity lost :/

Splits
I'm working on my splits everyday because I need to nail them by next Friday! I need to jump into them and I'm sooooo close so I think I'll make it.
We've started running everyday before cheer to be able to stretch more and it actually helps me a lot!
I took 20 minutes run after school and stretched again, so I feel really good now!
Bible study
So, I was at a bible study for the first time and it was actually volunteer.
So after cheer I went home with Abby and Gabby and after 1 hour or something people started to drop in. The only people I knew was Abby and Gabby, and Richard, the guy in orange in the las picture.
We ate dinner and talked and ten we sang 2-3 songs while a guy, Tad, played guitar and another guy played some kid of drum. It was really cozy. Then A&G's dad who is a pastor, handed out bibles to half of us (not me) which had notes on them. Then he asked them to read it and we talked about what the meaning was and how we could see the same things in our lives as in the bible.
I will not lie and say I thought it was fun, I almost fell asleep. But it was fun to meet all people and just get together with some other people after school. We were about 10-15 altogether.
This study is every Wednesday but idk if I'll go every week or what I'm gonna do!

Football game
The football game yesterday was awesome! We laid under with 0-10 but after an amazing 94 yard run with touchdown by Brent, an amazing tackle in the air from someone, a great block by Richard and a lot more that just made you scream of excitement, did us win with 20-10!!
I loved watching the game and cheering and in half time we did the band dance while the band was playing live! I was smiling so much and I was just laughing so much after it cause it made me so happy!
I messed up a few cheers but it didn't matter cause I had a great time!

Just came home from the game + dance and I have almost lost my voice!
I'm to tired to write about everything right now but it was really fun!

Win
We won both JW and varsity volley ball! It was really fun to scream and cheer in the crowd. Aimee gave me a ride home from the game and Jonah and I switched phones for some stupid reason... So now I have his and it kinda sucks, but were changing back tomorrow.
today at ouch I met some new nice people (seniors) and one of them were Angelica and her fad was from malmo!
tomorrow is our first home game and I'm really excited :) it's also blackout theme in the dance and Autumn is going to give me a cool smoky eye make up for that.

Volley ball game
HCheer practice is soon over and I've had a great day. The local newspaper came and took pictures of all 5 of the exchange students and such.
When I walked around alone trying to find one if the German exchange students I walked by some guys who said "out if the way! Beautiful girl coming through!!"
The volley ball game begins soon and I'm so excited for the whiteout! I'm wearing my white Soffe shorts and a white top and white shoes and I'm hoping everybody else does too!

Splint
This is how my new splint looks like. I can take it off when I shower etc and its much less clumsy.
Tomorrow is a volley ball game and its "white out" which means that everybody is eating white from our school! I'm really excited :) it's also last day to practice for our first home game for football where I'll be cheering and dancing!

After doctors appointment I went back to school and had pre-calc and barbecue. And cheer ofc! I had my new Soffe shorts and shirt from VS and the practice went really good!

After school I went home with Aimee and was with Jonah. We watched the notebook which was kinda sad... For dinner I had grilled cheese which was sooo good since I haven't eaten sandwiches in such a long time.

Doctors appointment
I'm heading to Fresno with Adrienne right now to x-ray my wrist again. Hopefully I'll get the cast off and get a brace but more likely I will get a new cast for at least 2 more weeks.
Difference
Everything is so different here compare to Sweden... School is easier but harder in another way. We have all our topics/classes everyday so we don't need to work so hard in school. We have like 4 assignments in one topic sometimes and tests everyday.
The homeworks aren't so hard they just take time. The eating is so different too. Here I don't eat breakfast because if I do I feel sick to my stomach for 2-3 hours. For lunch I normally eat like a small pack of tougher and that's it! Then I eat some snacks whenever and some dinner late at around 8.
All houses here are like one or maybe 2 stories and its so weird haha!

After the city visit they dropped me off at Jonah and I was there for like 3 hours and at 9 I went home to Shawna, where I am now together with Alexis. We are just chilling at home and I'm staying here for the night.

Fresno
just woke up and today's plans are to go to Fresno, fix my phone while we're ther and maybe do some shopping ;) I will go there together with Alexis, Shawna, Sam and Laura (host mom). We're all getting ready to leave now but it might take a while since we all want to shower haha!
Loooong day
Just got home from the football game!
It's midnight here and the Clark's just left me at Alexis house. I had a good day AT&T school except I got a head ache, but luckily I had panodil in my bag so it disappeared. Right after school all cheerleaders and JW football team (JW=junior varsity) got into the school bus to get to Minerets. The "real" dream came later. We lost the JW game, it was only JW cheer who cheered also.
When varsity started the frame we have more audience and I was in cheering, it was so funny! We won by 31-7 and they scored when it was 1 second left of the game so we almost kept them on the 0.
As I said I got the ride homis with Jonah, Reige, Casey and Jonah's dad. Emilie, Julia, Leo, Dylan and Aimee went in the other car and we went to an "in and out" restaurant at like 10.30 pm and got hamburgers before we went home.

Leg hold
Had a great day today, ingot my cheer shoes and was soooo close to doing a leg hold. I'm flexibla enough but my arms are to short to do it so that sucks right now :(
tomorrow is the first game of football and its an away game in minarets. So I'm wearing my uniform the whole day I'm so excited!! We are going with the bus together with JW football team and I'm so excited to ride the bus too! Aimee is taking me home and I'm really excited!!

Today we took the cheer photos for the year book and I think they turned out really good! the dance went really good and I could take out the moves! My phone is still not working so I'm taking it to an AT&T store as soon as possible...
after school me and Jonah waited for Doug play finish his afoot ball training and after that ewe went to Valascwit all 3 of us plus Morgan. After that I went home to Jonah for a few hours before getting home. Tomorrow is my first test in American history. I have studied but I have no clue about how difficult it's gonna be so my grade could be anything...
Fast
Just wrote a long thing here but of course it disappeared... But I had a great day and time goes by so fast... My vet science just gets funnier and funnier since more people are joining it! We were like me plus 3 funny guys before but now we are like 8 with me inclouded and its awesome!
Fun day
Just came home from the Clarks, where I've spent the whole day at.
I was just watching a movie, Step Brothers, and then ate lunch. They had also made glutenfree cookies which were delicious. Brent came by and ate lunch and just chilled with us for a while, we had this fun talk about lucid dreams haha!
After that Emilie and I practiced the cheer dance and stretched a little. I got a better hang of it now but still practice.... Me splits are getting so much better, just a few inches left!
After that I just hung out with Jonah for a while, I even tried his basket shoes hahahah!
Mobil kaos
My phone totally freaked out yesterday... The screen turned all black, I could still hear all messages and phone calls but I couldn't see them... It was like this the whole yesterday and it just suddenly started to work just a few minutes ago. I have no idea why it started to work again or broke in the first place.
Well yesterday got pretty weird because of my phone not working, the Clarks came and picked me up but it all was so late so I had no time to spend with them so I just got dropped of at the Lusses house. From there we went to the barbecue which was really fun. exept Brigitta and Christian there was one other guy from school there, Elijah. So when Brigitta and Christian were busy with being cute together I could talk to him.
Later a everybody danced, it was really bunny, I laughed so bad my cheeks got sore hahaha!
Plans
Todays plans are at 3ish be picked up by Adrienne to get to Cunninghams birthday barbecue for Connor.
Before that I think I'm gonna hang out with Jonah but it isn't so much time left before 3 so i don't know, maybe I'll stay home till 3 and do nothing hahah
Millerton lake
Im at Shawnas house right now after a perfect day at the Millerton lake. Shawna & Alexis went with the tube but I stayed in the boat the whole time. Except from when I swam with the cast on haha! I didn't use my left (the cast) arm, only swan with my right arm and legs :)
